AKSpare provides this Limited Warranty for all products sold through our online shop.

Limited Warranty Coverage

If AKSpare determines, in its sole judgment, that an operational failure has occurred in a product manufactured by AKSpare, that the product was being used properly, and that such operational failure was caused solely by defective materials or workmanship, AKspare will, at its sole option:

  1. Refund the price paid by the customer for the product, or
  2. Replace the product or part and cover shipping charges for the lowest round-trip transportation from the customer’s location to an AKSpare-designated return location.

An inspection fee, plus shipping and handling, will apply to all returns that do not result from an operational failure as determined by AKSpare.

Warranty Period

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Hydraulic Valves are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Quick Couplings are warranted for 180 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship and is subject to the following conditions:

  • The failure must occur during proper use of the product as specified in AKSpare’ product specifications.
  • The product must not have been subjected to disassembly, abuse, misuse, misapplication, modification, improper installation, or improper maintenance.
  • Damage during shipping, improper repairs, or alterations will void the warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

  1. Notify AKSpare in writing within 15 days of the operational failure.
  2. Obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from AKSpare, along with return instructions.
  3. Follow all return procedures as provided by AKSpare.
  4. Provide a written report detailing the circumstances of the failure.
  5. Allow reasonable time for AKSpare to inspect and evaluate the claim.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

AKJia Hydraulics reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the return process is not followed. This warranty does not apply to:

  • Any product that has been modified, painted, dented, rusted, or improperly installed.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, contamination, or external factors.
  • Costs related to third-party labor, troubleshooting, or installation services.
  • Warranty claims made by distributors or resellers that did not purchase directly from AKJia Hydraulics.

AKJia Hydraulics reserves the right to refuse any return or warranty claim deemed fraudulent or related to distressed merchandise not originally purchased from AKJia Hydraulics.

This Limited Warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
