General Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Returns requested after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept returns after 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • Any returned item that is damaged, missing components, or not in its original condition due to reasons not caused by us may be subject to partial refunds or refusal of return.

How to Initiate a Return To begin the return process, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Upon review, we will provide a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. The RMA is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to buyer’s preference (e.g., no longer needed, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for the item’s value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns..

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Partially returned kits or sets (we do not issue refunds for individual components of a kit)
  • Special/custom orders and clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:

  1. Do not refuse delivery – accept the package and contact us immediately.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
  3. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

Product Failures & Warranty Claims If you believe your product has a defect or failure, please contact us with details and supporting images. We take product quality seriously and will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable.

Additional Guidelines for Hydraulic Kits For hydraulic kits and assemblies, all components must be fully disassembled before returning. Please follow the provided assembly/disassembly instructions to avoid issues during return transit.
